@jurn77 Look at it this way, yes, the Panther was expensive and very good, but, Hitler used cheap gears not letting it go as fast as it could have while on every other tank he used expensive gears. Why use cheap gears on a tank with so much potential and use expensive gears on tanks that should have been produced in numbers?

First off, he did NOT BREAK PSN; that was the result of another person revealing the system's root key. That had NOTHING to do with him merely jail-breaking the PS3.
The shut-down of PSN was the result of an unrelated hacking incident where several million users' credit card information was compromised. Think before you speak, uninformed kids.

They are defined by the American constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The PS3 Terms and Conditions define the rights of Sony not you're rights. If you do not wish to abide by these laws you are encouraged to go get a full refund. Why do ppl break out of jail?
