Yes I'm playing on an emulator, and the emulated version has everything the original has.

He actually has a 'normal' howl haha.

Well, I got pretty sick doing this as well...almost gave up about 3/4 way...but I just pressed on and bear with it...now I just lack 3 techs from Pip.
