Black blended into the ocean, sharks mightve just been used to that. Red is a common sight to them so they were gonna show interest for want of food. Yellow is almost a completely strange color, especially something so big and pure yellow.

You can't prove that it was the colour. There's way to many variable in this "test" of yours.

The sharks could simply be curious about this thing that keeps popping in and out of the water.

Maybe they've just become more and more comfortable with its presence and are becoming more daring and getting closer for a better look.

Maybe it was merely a time factor and they weren't at all interested in the colors. The first one they showed no interest, the second one they showed mild interest, and the third one they showed aggressive interest. It would be better to change the order in which the colors are presented, as an added control.

You also have to take into consideration the fact that the black suit was put in the water first. After a while the sharks could have gotten more interested in the cage and manikin therefore getting closer to it. Switch the order around and see what happens.
