I am not sure what was on the land ages ago, I remember many aircraft there when I was a kid, like it was a salvage yard. very weird.

I think it was for an abandoned scrapyard, read my last comment below. And I believe they have started developing the area now. :(

Back in the day like 20 years or so ago, My father took me back there to go explore, and there were a few planes there, all twisted and gutted. All beech / piper / cessna light twins and singles, I really think it was some sort of scrapyard of sorts.

back in my younger days i would go to this abandoned mental hospital called Byberry... it was in Philly... they got some crazy videos on youtube of it. Place was huge and creepy.. some evil shit happened in there. Hope you guys find more places :p stay safe

Thanks mate! Yeah, there are a few real good places, way more risky to be there and most likely I will retract from going, just cause. :) I want to do more 'homes' these are truly gems in the forest kinda thing, so cool. As for the asylums, we also had a place, google northville-tunnels and hit up the web site if you are interested, great place, R.I.P. I used to love exploring those old buildings, miss it all the same.

Maybe the old buildings on Red Arrow HWY and John are still vacant.. there is a few, you must look for them, try the old glenlord sites or the abandoned homes in grand mere. ;) just sayin'
