@pinkqueenscookie um? no a fast metabolism does not mean that we poop alot, saying that because i myself have a fast metbolism. having a fast metabolism mean your body breaks down foods and nutrients fast so its harder and takes more time to gain weight

yea i've really cut soda fr my diet and coffee for sure, i only drink water, hot and cold tea, and sometimes juice if i know it's a healthy one with vitamins. Soda and coffee are huge no-no's.

I get people lookin at me like "where do you put it all" but I've heard that this is the best way to eat anyway. Water is a must for me too. I kinda figure you were west Indian we recognize our people but you kinda look Dominicana, you probably get that alot. We have the same eating habits I'm thin also preggers with my first (a boy) and everyone is alway like aww ur so little blah blah blah but I also eat in portions like you not by habit or cuz i make myself but by default. And I also love rice all through my pregnanct I've been wanting peas and rice cole slaw plantans and some red snapper ehmmm I can taste it right now lol

Lol, I don't need that now. My Metabolism is perfect . All I do is drink 4 cups of Green Tea and eat least 2 fiber bars a day with a 2 hour workout.
