the lake thing is real...but it has a reasonable explanation...I live a couple miles away from there and the reason why the hole is there is because if the water level gets too high, they open a flood gate which is placed about 3 feet below the surface right there...when it opens...all the water goes down the pipe and out to the ocean...a lot of people think that an alien ship crash landed right there but it's just a flood gate
