Also, a V6 could never sound like a V8... Especially a Ford V8. A BMW 335i Inline 6 is about as good as a six can sound in my opinion. It's still no comparison to a V8 though, not even close.
I had it put on a dyno and it lost 10 hp from before the head swap and cams. I dont know whats wrong with it but i think it has to do with throwing a rod through the side of the black a few weeks after the dyno. so now i am saving for a built stroker short block
After my Hot Rod cams, I started to get that flashing O/D light too. :) I finally got it fixed in my Brenspeed tune.

check engine light is egr circuit o/d happens due to speed sensor fault. its very annoying working on getting it fixed.
