every christmas since smackdown vs raw i get this game. and to do this day none will ever top smackdown vs raw 2006. personally because the storylines were the best. the reason i still buy svr (now wwe12) is for the storylines

@stefanpreda this game had some problems to. in the special referee mode, you can't get that wrestler to wear a referee shirt and they get knocked out too easily like a regular referee if they get hit. also, even though you can do the 'fight dirty' mode, the commentators STILL treat them like they're normally current face or heel status. if you're going to make shelton bejamin 'fight dirty', you should have lawler say good things about him and have jr say bad thing about him.

@Evan3682 exactly, plus for the CAWS they remove so many of the movesets. In 2010, I had 10 CAWS, in 2011, I can only make 2 CAWs because so much of the moveset are gone.

@khai215 In GM mode, Get to the free agent list, hit the start button, turn your CAW on and you can sign him along with the legends. For the legends, you have to wait til the next week to sign them. Be careful, if you turn on a legend the same week that the rival show has a PPV, that gives the other show a chance to sign them before you.

I remember gettin this game, it came out 2 days after Eddie died, my 1st match, I was Eddie vs Chris Benoit for the US title, I lost becuz I used a chair lol, but this game is REALLY good, I skipped school the next day just to play it, I could really do the same about the others, well I've own and played the 1st Smackdown vs Raw game all the way up to 2009, I haven't played 2010 but so far, 2006 seems like the best becuz u actually felt something accomplished after fighting.
