The seat belt is good for being able to split the strap so you can have a strap in each hand. this can add some good variables. The downside is that the seat belt buckle is not very comfortable when the strap is around the waist.

Just take a high powered drill and drill the hole through the tire and insert the bolt through the hole, then the washer on the bolt and finally tighten down a nut. Works really well.
