The best April Fool's prank I remember was done by KLBJ radio Dudley and Bob Morning Show about 10 years ago. They convinced over 100 listeners that the Space Shuttle was making an emergency landing at Executive Airport in Pflugerville, just north of Austin, TX. This of course was impossible since the Shuttle needs a much longer runway to land. :-)
