It is a great concept! It cooks really fast. It seems to a bit too big for a back-packing/ trekking situation, otherwise I would definitely get one. I don't like cooking on aluminum (or even have it touch my food), I might be a bit of a heath-freak. Perhaps they come in steel as well?
Allow any metal to cool at it's own pace or it will warp eventually. Do not heat that dry as it will warp quickly. I have a set of cookware to prove it. I don't like aluminum for that application but am very interested in their stainless version.
