I own a chain of buffet restaurants and we have a "pay what you weigh" pricing system. You weigh in when you arrive and after you eat all-you-can-eat, we weigh you again, and we charge by the pound for the food. It's working flabulously!
@dreamerofhanuman Not really a real chain of buffet restaurants, but that's the concept I came up with... gotta love the weigh-in part, everyone standing behind me would see my weight, maybe it could have a huge digital screen that shows everyone the person's weight, then people could bet on what the final weight would be... oink, oink, gotta love the all-you-can-eat steam table troughs!
