Im having trouble with my volume levels. The volume on the track is too low and everything turned up to 12+. I can't figure out how to increase the volume within protools or if i can record with higher volume. please help!

Nice tutrials very educational. Though do you know how to get the volume line go through your vocals instead of being under your vocals

@G3tShotOStab you can adjust the height of your waveform with the top left controll (to the left of the midi notes, and to the right of spot/grid...) Click the top arrow pointing up to make your waveforms bigger

@studiofiend thanks for replying though thats not what i meant. You know how you click the down arrow bottom left of the track and then go to volume and a line comes up under the track. I was wondering if you knew if theres another way to have the volume line go through your vocals instead of under it.

Thanks so much. By the way I'm using mac and for some how my music was pre-saved as wma thus pro-tool wouldn't take it, meaning i couldn't import or drag it to pro tools. Do i have to convert the format of my music to mac format or is there a way i can adjust pro-tools so it will take wma format.

Hey Man great video. I'm having a huge problem with playback buffer. I have vista on PC with 3gb of ram. It should work fine. I set samples to 1024 (the highest on mbox1) set processors down to 1 and 99% of cpu usage. This has been bugging me for awhile. PLEASE HELP man!!! i'll paypal u cash if you got a working solution.
