How to remove babylon search toolbar

@KPQualityNuts Delete google folder there are no programs depending on chrome to run in your system, that's the babylon bug perventing you from doing it.

You can then after removing Babylon and cleaning your registry restart your computer and download a clean copy of Google chrome or Google tool bar from the web.

If Babylon still in your system it will re-appear again.

Please see the video description there are more videos showing how I clean my registry.

another way to get rid of this annoying search toolbar is go to your add on>extension and just remove every bobylon extension and restart firefox. I tried this tutorial video but my problem weren't resolved.

@nerosunero You're welcome, but here is the problem currently there is no antivirus that cleans up your system registry. You need to remove it by hand and then use a good Registry Cleanup Software to find and delete any orphan files, as doing this by hand could take you weeks, if not months, to repair your registry files.

You see, with vista and windows 7 restore center will not delete your old files instead it creates a new folder on your systems called windows.old where the virus is stored and after you reboot your system the virus propagates to new files.. the right question is not if it will show up again, but when "so that's a short term fix" not a long term solution...

So here is what they do, they mask your Babylon toolbar and they install 2 extra toolbars into your browser, both to generate revenue as babylon does. So, here are the toolbars - go to your programs and features - your IObit toolbar 4.8 and remove it there and the Widgi toolbar 4.8, go to your program files as shown on the video above.

@Freaky99100 Good move Kapersky is OK, AVG I don't recommend it to anyone, try uninstall theme 2 and use Microsoft Security Essentials it's free if you use vista or windows 7 original and registered copies with Microsoft up to 10 pc's. It removes viruses, spyware, and other evil software. Let me know how you get on after the full pc scan, the link is on the video description.

@atentat99 Ok, firstly thank you for watching the 6 videos how to remove Babylon, I'm really sorry that this hasn't worked for you but here are the steps of how to reclaim your browsers back: first go to your - Control Panel - Programs and features - and remove Mozilla Firefox including all dates. Next open internet explorer and type Microsoft Security Essentials download it and install, it is free for up to 10 pc's, scan your machine it should remove the virus.

Find your operation system Boot CD insert it your pc and press any key it will do a clean install vista and W7 will create a windows.hold file on your C-drive where all your old files will be after you've performed the new installation of your operation system.
