@popas7 Not true. I've gained 15 kilos of lean muscle mass since going veg years ago. More or less the only real nutrients you'll have trouble finding in a meat free diet are creatine and vitamin b12.

These are found in supplements or fortified milks/juices etc.

Protein, iron and all the other shit I hear argued about is found easily in soy, nuts, beans, bread, rice, heeeaps of stuff.

The only compelling reason people eat meat is for the taste, or their own lack of education.
