It's about sex somewhere, certainly but it's more than that. I think it's about enjoying spending time with a lover and not wanting that time to end. Giving in to guilty pleasures, letting go of all inhibitions, having tons of sex and dreading the time that you have to part because when you're away from that person the loneliness sets in.

The first chorus is just a tiny part of the enire story

Yes, but it's quite clear that his imperfection appears to be premature ejaculation, as the guy mentioned. It's quite obvious from the lyrics, and although I'm not some type of prude, I have a hard time finding songs meaningful and sweet when they mention premajure ejaculation, and in more than one line.

When it talks about him cumming fast, "Making love on economy" fulfilling some quick fantasy and working on getting her off despite the fact he does it too quickly, it's weird!

It is pretty weird when you think about it, but, to me, the impression of premature ejaculation functions as a form of comedic relief in a song with such a sweet and lyrical sound. So, maybe it's supposed to be weird--weird in the good sense of the term. Plus, it's undeniable that the greater message of the song is to spend as much time possible enjoying what time people have left with the one they love, and, in an even broader sense, to enjoy life to the fullest.

It is...and it's not. The song is metaphorically similar to how time seems to sift through our fingers so quickly, like tiny grains of sand, and how we should learn to salvage each grain and cherish it to the fullest extent. The focus isn't premature ejaculation.
