GSP sucks!!! About the only direct flights you can get are to Atlanta and Charlotte.  But yet it's called an International Airport. It's only called International because of BMW flying parts in from Germany.

@sprayedgt Its called an International Airport because the airport can handle International Arrivals/Depatures. Service to CVG, ATL, DTW, LGA, CLT, PHL, EWR, CLE, IAH, DCA, PGD, PIE, MCO, FLL, ORD, DFW, and Cargo Service to MEM, IND, ROA, SDF, CAE. Seems like you know what your talking about.

I fly through GSP so often, and yet everytime we take off or land in such a foggy weather I almost crap my pants :(

I love the airport though.. it's small and clean and has FREE Wireless! :D

the "small" part may change soon. negotiations are moving forward to bring Southwest Airlines. Finally!! Freedom from the 2nd highest fares in the country. Tired of getting ripped off by DL and US!! See ya!!!

It's ok, air travel is very safe. My mother was always scared flying, just do what she did and fall asleep before the plane ever left the gate ;)
