@BAMitsSARAH100 I think you can download body shop, you don't have to buy it with an expansion. Unfortunately, I cannot help you much with how to get it because I now play with sims 3. But I'm pretty sure either way you still have to install custom content.

You can go onto the sims 2 website they have sims they are already made with custom hair, clothes, make up, and shoes. The furniture on the site gives glitches but the custom houses dont

yeah that happens to me now aswell .. since I unistalled the game and reinstalled it again the graphics have been looking a bit more blurry , I'm not sure why :s

It happens to me too ! But only when I go to their house lot. After they have a shower they're not blurry BUT they're face might be so I go into the lot, out of the lot and into it again. It helps.

I cant do that, I dont use what you use, I just downlload off the Exchange on the website, Mainly because its free, nd I went went kinda overboard on the downloading, but at my dad's house he has 3 hard drives on his computer, so I can put as much on as I like, but the computers mouse/keyyboard arent working and theyre being stupid, probably because theyre wireless, AND when I came at the beginning of the summer, I forgot to bring the Sims 2 with me, so I havent played in mpnths and months :(((

1. Download the Content from a website

2. Transfer the download to: My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/ Downloads

3. You should be able to see the downlods in-game

As I have said before, downloading things can mess up your game if it's not done properly or if you have downloaded too much so please do it carefully :D

If you mean change their make up and hairstyle then you'll have to buy a mirror and change it through there

Oh ok .. You'll have to call a taxi and go to a community store and buy more clothes,these clothes include the ones that you downloaded. Then when your back in the sim's house, buy a wardrobe and pick the clothes you want your sim to wear.

hey, well your downloads might not be saved in the right place,

I save my downloads in : My Documents - EA Games - The Sims 2 - Downloads

Try downloading new stuff and then just place them in the sims 2 downloads folder, if you don't have one, you'll have to create one
