great purely as collectables, but since all these cars are already available in MiniZ (and those have 2.4GHz, cost less and have parts readily available), these don't really appeal to me much. If you're looking for 1/24, revell makes the miniZ-like cars in 1/24th scale (called RPMZ).
The Tamtech F1 cars, however, are something else; you really can't find a substitute for those these days (not the the Mclaren MP4/6, that is).
