FAITH EVANS is amazing. But I hope that my peers can learn to avoid putting so many limitations and boundaries on Artists. I think someone who is gifted to sing should use their abilities in any arena that GOD graces them to use it in. FAITH shouldn't be limited to the R&B or Gospel genres. She should be free to make beautiful sounds for the whole world to hear and appreciate. GOD can be honored in that as well. Let's remember that "secular" doesn't always suggest "worldly."

I have to sing at church on Sunday, and wasn't sure what to sing, I was just reading the new testament this morning Luke 22, and in it is where Jesus tells Peter (Simon) that the enemy desires to sift him as wheat, but he will pray for him, and cover him. I definitely feel it's confirmation that I should sing it. I have wanted to for a long time, and never had the opportunity, I feel it' s a song that people need to hear.
