This makes me sad.......headways have been made. however, but your odds are sooooooo much beter than Beverlys' were.......so much btter.......just hang tough,Maria......
There are those who are watching down from Heaven right now pullig from you.........
....can understand your fear and terror with this.....this is so normal.........big hugs, my love........
You are a very strong woman - you beat it before and if you have to you will beat it again - I will continue to pray for you - Hugs & love, and prayers is what i can give you.
You beat this once, and braved WLS too! You can do it again! Its hard to imagine cancer actually coming back, I used to think daily about its return for me. I am almost 3 years clean of it. Even now the fear is still there. I will pray for you. It breaks my heart to see the pain cancer causes upon people and their families. Stay strong.
It's good to cry too...many toxins come out in tears. But when you feel your tear ducts have dried out, begin to enjoy each moment and think of each moment as a blessing in time. When you really think about it, we ALL live in the here and now.
I know your fear; I have had your fear and sometimes, when I am vulnerable, I still have it but then, I go for a walk or talk to my boys about something and I let it float away.
Suggestion for a book to read: "The Eagle and the Rose" (forget the author)
Make each day count. Do something nice for someone, give someone your smile, phone a friend you've been meaning to talk with and never forget to be kind to yourself as well. Do something you love to do each and every day. It will make you feel happier inside and when we feel happy inside, it helps our immune system.
Spend 15 mins. a day in quiet time meditating...only thinking of beautiful things. It recharges your energy and calms your spirit.
I really hated to see you so scared. Keep fighting!!! You can always contact me for support.

If I could wrap my arms around you and let you cry until there are no more tears, I would be there in a heart beat.
I have been on death's door a couple of times, once with a hemmorage and the other a heart attack and, for some reason, I am still here.
We all have a time-line. We don't understand it nor do we know when our time is up.
Think of a 5 yr old...born with cancer and barely living only to die so young. Make sense? No.
It's what we do with the time we HAVE here that is important
