Which class is the best balance between biotic powers and weapons? Cause I like the Soldier class for being able to use the assault rifle but it doesn't seem to have that biotic power that makes people float and throw them away.  Which class is a good balance?

Your best option is to pick the vanguard. It has lots of biotics and u can use smgs, shotties and pistols. To get the assault rifle as a vanguard, pick the option for assault rifle training when you're inside the derelict reaper.

I played the Bad Company Demo its real good but i think the real game is going to be better due to the versitile choice of weapons, atachments and well perks i think :)
