lol @ comments comparing it to the blade, busa, etc. clearly have nfi about riding bikes. the rc8 is a twin, twins are a totally different style of bike to ride, and (generally) much more agile than inline 4s. you want a straight line drag bike, buy a busa. you want an all-rounder, buy a blade. you want something with character, v-twin noise and sharp cornering... you buy a sports twin like the 1098, RSV or RC8 :D

dunno bout price but i sat on one of these a few weeks ago (long story) and its not comfortable to say the least, though i am 6ft 2". Ducati sounds better though.

I never got chance to sit on one.I'm a big lad myself and not many race reps are comfortable for me.I know for a fact the Ducati is to small.The sound my be strangled also because of EU emission laws.

The sound is of a true KTM, they arent very noisy and have a weird engine sound.

I've had both an '05 SD and a '07 SD-R...thrashed the tits off both of them on track and road with ZERO mechanical problems.

KTM create exquisite works of useable motoring art IMHO
