I know this isn't the point but you aren't sharpening the knife there, you're just honing the edge. If you want to sharpen it use a stone to do it. Sorry, being a serious cook I had to make this smart ass comment :P
After watching all 6 meal videos I have to say that I am on pretty much the same exact plan. Flank steak is one of my faves. I tend to grill the piece as a whole and then slice it. Of course I always use ketchup as well... licopene! Anyway, great videos, keep up the great work!

I am eating 2000 calories a day and I am at 200 lbs 6% body fat and am 6'5. That is for a cut. Now, for bulking, I eat about 3000 calories, but I will go up to around 230 lbs and 12% body fat.....it depends on your goals and what you want!
Hey, im kinda beginner. I train like 1 hour a day maximum, like 3-4 days a week. Just doing some pullsups, pushups , workling on my abs and my biceps/trips. What would you recommend me for like meals? I know i can never get that much food into my stumach as you pro's can. Should I get like a protein shake before starting my workout or maibe after??
Hello Tony, can I ask if that specific brand of Ketchup contains sugar? I am trying to avoid simple carbs completely in my diet right but still would like my food to taste a little bit better.
U ruined that meal with the ketchup. Should have added a little soy sauce and garlic to the beef
