If I was never told what the pitches were, there's no way I could tell you what they were, being ignorant of that information. You need to have potential though, something to work with. Even if you have 100 tools (techs) to build a house (your performance), without any bricks or wood (your potential), you're not going to build anything. It's unfair, but true.=(

One of the best dubs I've ever seen from this movie, doesn't matter if it's on YT or in another country version. I've seen it in many languages and this one is by far one of the best. Andre you were absolutely perfect, and you can't imagine the amount of happiness I'm feeling right now for you. I knew you could do it, and I knew you and this song were meant to be. This was amazing, the emotion was right, the voices were right, I mean, it's perfect!

I like this very much Andre :) You've improved a hell of a lot at the singing in the long time I've known you! I remember when you sent me a recording of under the sea a couple of years ago and asked for for some help/critique. There are some lovely notes and singing a slow song like this really seemed to show it off a bit more. I suggest you sing some more slow songs, maybe some Frank Sinatra? Yeah and maybe it's not perfect but come on, noone is perfect. But you put in a lot of work to this!

@Phantomdubber That's cause back then I was too musically retarded to realise you had to hit notes to sing DERP.

I actually feel the most comfortable singing faster things (Friend Like Me), this is the first really soft song since Kiss The Girl I think I've ever tried so as of now I find slow ballads to be the hardest kind of songs to try. Just listened to some Sinatra actually, great voice but I think I'll slowly work myself down to slower songs from here. Thanks anyway! <333

@VActorDreamer Well, perfect pitch is an exception to the rule. People are usually born with it, but it CAN be learned through hard work. I'll explain more over IM.

Also, there's more to music than perfect pitch. I've noticed that you have a talent for doing songs with difficult rhythms.

As for the comment about "Elsie's solo part in an opera," she probably had to audition for it. It can be nerve-wracking, but maybe you could start going to local theater auditions. You'll do fine. ;)

@rikkulockhart15 I did some research on the subject and while it CAN be learned it will never be as good as being born with it, as your skill will falter unless you keep it up. Mike could go for a year playing DDR constantly (not too unlikely) and still have his pitch intact LOL.

I do consider myself to have a good sense of rhytm and timing but that's not too much help if I can't get the notes right lol.

@VActorDreamer Well, even if you're born with it, you can lose it, if provided with bad circumstances.

Case scenario: Johnny was born with a perfect pitch. His teacher noticed this and decided to call him out on it in class, causing his classmates to make fun of him. Because of this, Johnny decided that it wasn't cool to have perfect pitch and hid his abilities all throughout college. By the time Johnny reached college, his pitch was still good, but not entirely perfect.
