  • "Did you know I've been struck by lightning 7 times?"

  • F. Scot Fitzgerald would be proud of this movie!!

  • Beautiful film. Just beautiful.

  • oscar rob!!!!!!

  • I do not know, the author may be affected by the writer Jules Verne

  • The only movie that actually made me cry, every time i watch this movie im getting tears in the end. This movie should've won the Oscar for the best film in that year.

  • This movie is amazing. I loved this movie. I thought it was very creative. I think this is the only movie I remember Brad Pitt playing with a black woman in.

  • This video went viral on Zambia

  • i cried like a baby when he died .

  • @nasssira3008 thanks for ruining the movie!

  • @kerron68 stfu, watch the fucking movie before reading the damn comments dumbass . alot more ppl said stuff about the movie so go sit yo ass down somewhere . oh, and your welocome, yes he did die, as a baby . and the love of his life ,got married ,to another man . there, now i really ruined it .

  • @nasssira3008 no one gives a damn if you cried you emotional attention-seeking asshole. ..fyi, already seen it so u can blabber away u jackass. what a retard - lol.

  • Tilda Swinton´s sexiest character she ever played.

  • Is this the Beauty And The Beast theme?

  • @gemzee82 No, this is "The Aquarium" from "The Carnival Of The Animals"

  • i love the ending

  • The music is actually by composer Camille Saint-Saens. From his musical suite The Carnival of the Animals, movement VII: The Aquarium. The music has been used several different places over the years, including the opening of Terrence Malick's Days of Heaven.

  • @MyName42

how do you pronounce the last part of his name, Camille Saint-?

  • @iwatcher69

    it's Saens, but pronounced sauns

  • this trailer gives way too much plotline away :/ but an exceptionally great movie overall

  • This film was made in 2008. Only three years ago. How the hell did Brad Pitt look so young towards the end of the film?? Make up can not make a man in his late 40s look like a man in is early 20s. Did they use footage from a film he was in in his younger days or somthin? It was very good how this was fimed!

  • @MOONST0MP they used makeup. lol

  • @MrBDuncs that was a shit reply.

  • What's this song called?

  • @1alyssa9 "Carnival of the Animals" The Aquarium :) I searched everywhere for it haha

  • que zielig

  • what a great movie!! Brad Pitt is incredible, he picks better and better movies to be on.

  • what is the sound or track that is being played. Can anyone help me out?

    thanks.

  • @iwatcher69 The Carnival of Animals by The Aquarium :p

  • @hapthepanda Well, thanks....I'm very sensitive, I believe it touched me on an emational level (I stopped going to the movies for exactly 3 months)

  • Elle Fanning at 0:37

  • @hapthepanda "oh" what?

  • @hapthepanda hahah, sure, but it ain't for Brad Pitt, it's for the movie and its gorgeous plot! ;)

  • My cinema teacher hates Benjamin Button!!! If he wasn't my teacher I'd say somethings to him... :(

  • what song from the soundtrack is this?

  • @TheThirdParty100 The Acuarium, from The Carnival of Animals by Camille Saint Saens

  • This movie goes through so many decades, it's amazing.

That's what makes this film so moving.

  • HOLY FUCK I GOT SO FREAKED OUT BY THIS TRILER , I EVEN STOPPED GOING TO THE MOVIES UNTIL THIS FILM CAME OUT!!!

  • They practicly showed the whole movie in this trailer.

  • 21 ppl were struck by lightning 7 times

  • The actual disease is called progeria. and unlike this movie, they don't live as long as he did. The whole age backwards is nonsense. The infant is born with the condition of a 80 year old man, then ages quicker than normal. But that doesn't mean anybody with this condition cannot be happy like this story.

  • In simple words, this move was great. Brad Pitt was excellent in this film and when he falls in love with Daisy, it was so moving. To be honest, Brad Pitt is very attractive and if a less better-looking man had played Benjamin in his 30/20/teens, I would not have cried half of the movie. I was crying until I ran out of tears and my eyes were swollen, and my noise was so stuffed that I could barely even blow my nose. I really recommend watching this with a close friend or family!

  • He dies as a baby at the end

  • @agentFOOdude thanks 4 spoilin' the film 4 zose who hadnt watch it yet..........

  • HD?

  • Better than titanic

  • So he died and embryo ?

  • @lilmamahiphop12 No, he died as a young baby, practically a newborn, and died in the arms of Daisy, the mother of the baby she had given birth to (a different baby than Benjamin). It was so sad - if you haven't seen it yet, definitely watch it but if you're sensitive, you'll need a box or two of tissues (extra soft) and a garbage can... because I did.

  • @xoxokellsoxox Omg even reading that is sad..wud u say its better than titanic ?

  • @lilmamahiphop12 Titanic is definitely a classic and I think this movie is better, only because it hit me harder. I did cry in Titanic but not as bad as The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Both movies expressed love, and an old lady telling the story of someone they had once loved in the earlier years of their life

  • So like how does he die like as a baby or can he never die?

  • @Favre4ever123 He died as a baby

  • When will this movie come on FX?!

  • the end made me cry

  • AMAZING movie, 5/5

  • pitt looks a lot like redford here.

  • in all honesty, i've never been so moved by any movie in my life. the acting was amazing, and Brad Pitt did a superb job in playing Benjamin.

  • The only reason I love this movie is because it shows what it's like to lose someone when you haven't even lost them yet. It's compelling, heart-breaking and you will change your opinions on daisy throughout the whole film. I hated her in the middle, she was a little brat just after sex with him. Then they fell in love, and it was really beautiful. It's a strange twist, and remains one of a few films in existance to show an entire lifetime of somebody. I never knew how gentle lightening can be ;)

  • @hellexistsidiots Agree!

  • I like how this trailer didnt actually spill the guts of the movie before I went to see it.

  • This move was AMAZING!

No offense Slumdog Millionaire, but I think THIS movie should've won an Oscar for Best Picture.

  • @coolida23511 Yeah, you could have hurt the movies feelings

  • i am 18 years old ive been watching movies since 10 years old all the movies were the same hero save the sitution in the end but this movie is realy realy diffrent u can watch it 10 times a week without getting bored the direction of this movie is realy talented

  • The only reason behind not getting oscar(Brad Pitt ) is on that day(Oscar day ) he had no pocket

  • I wonder how many people did it take just to play Benjamin play.

  • @SuperCookieLand BRAD PIT DID everything for the character, the size and look of the character was done by using effects, all the movement impressions speaking was all brad pit

  • What's the name of this song?

  • @CrossCarrier1985 It's an arrangement of "Aquarium" from Le carnaval des animaux ("The Carnival of the Animals") by Camille Saint-Saëns. The original song doesn't include the choral bit. I have no idea who did this arrangement, but I would love to find out.

  • @CrossCarrier1985 I stand corrected. It appears to be a mash-up of "Aquarium" and a song by the Libera boys' choir named "Lacrymosa". (I'm sharing this because it was driving me nuts, too.)

  • i watched this film at work, by the end of the movie i was crying my heart out shaking and was almost sick....i had to close my shop rush home and cuddle my 1 year old son and tell my wife that i love them both so much.....for the last few days i have been crying on and off over this amazing film......i believe this movie has changed the way i look at my life and being a father to my son.....

  • this movie made mee feel like evreyone was dying in my famillie , it was faking sad

  • just watched this lastt night, i cried so harddd:'( watching it again tonighit:D

  • amazing movie !

  • Having a young mind in an old body and an old soul in a young body... that's a curse.

  • Came upon this movie by suprise and I could not pull myself away. I was mad when he left the two of them and I shed a tear when she bent down to kiss him (at 1:35). This movie has everything. Well done.

  • I agree with shimshea...this movie is fantastic, truly inspiring

  • watched the movie yesterday for teh first time and it was totally awesome

  • is there a lesson learned from this movie? i havent seen it yet

  • I would have loved to have seen Brad Pitt win the Oscar for his performance in this movie. He truly outdid himself as Benjamin Button.

  • Does anyone know the song in the trailer?

  • @SilverHeartLocket It's Camille Saint Saens' "Aquarium" movement, apart of the Carnival of the Animals.

  • if you watch this movie backwards its about a boy who grows old and dies.

  • I put this movie up there with forest gump, this movie teaches you about life, love, loss and death every young man needs to watch this movie

  • This movie changed my life.

  • background music is The Aquarium from Carnival of Animals by Camille Saint-Saens.

  • This trailer is so freaking effective. When I saw it i became obsessed with seeing the movie.

  • Just one amazing movie!

  • did anyone else come here because they were watching HULU and they used the same music during one of their commercials?

  • what is the name of the song in the backround of the trailer

  • wow the emotions are so powerful

  • holey crap...brad pitt....

  • 0:39 hahahah

  • My first words when I first saw this trailer: "What? That is sooo weird. I wanna see that."

  • @RiddlerNigma Mine too, mate :)

  • the movie was good but this trailer is easily one of the best I've ever seen

  • The whole story of this is sad but in the end it was very good

  • This film is beautiful. It was the first film I proper cried at. I felt the pain, especially when her dance career ended - and how he leaves. I love this film so much.

  • @hilly031 yea spoil it

  • @gokunumberone My (or my mums... she keeps commenting on everyones freaking videos) comment was posted 5 months ago... I'm sure there was another comment that 'spoilt it'... usually comments on things like this have spoilers lol

  • The most beautiful and moving movie trailer I've ever experienced. I still cannot get this out of my head.

  • "You're so young."

    "Only on the outside."

  • there's a lot of death in this movie now i'm afraid to die:(

  • DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NAME OF THIS SONG!!!!

  • Ι'll seen it many times and I never get bored of it!

I liked everything about it! The innovative plot (I mean who would imagine growing young :ο) to the outstanding performance of the actors and the haunted music!!

It will always be my favourite movie! <333

  • ok i just watched the film, im 18 and i cried like a baby...

  • anyone know the song name? holy shit its amazing

  • @MrRustyCharlie if you find out the name let me know plz?

  • @MrRustyCharlie found it!!!!! The Carnival of the Animals: The Aquarium

  • I hope that one day, I'll meet a girl like daisy :(

  • Movie is rite up there alongside inception

  • @TASIXV Just what I was thinking!

  • David Fincher's undisputed masterpiece.

  • imagine for one moment that u adopted by your family, you are growing in a orphanage and everyone think that you are a old monster that didnt intented to survive. and then you becoming younger, and younger but inside of you you are just getting older, all alone. the girl that used to be your friend when you were "old", becomes your wife, and then your "mother" and in the end your grandmother. im a man, and that is the only movie ever that im crying every time i see the end of it.

  • This movie is outstanding. Imagine living that life, growing younger instead of older. He played the part so well, he should have been awarded for it. This is one of my all time favorite movies!

  • soooo pissed Brad didnt win the oscar. :((

  • is this an actual song

  • i love this movie

  • Mesmerizing, lyrical, poignant, beautiful... "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" is the Greatest Film of the 2000's. It's the film we all needed. The last echo of the past century's movie magic.

  • i hated this movie for some reason

  • Why the FUCK did Brad Pitt not win an oscar?

This is the most moving piece of art i've ever had the pleasure of witnessing.

  • @Shimshea I couldn't agree with you more. This was DEFINITELY the movie for him to win an Oscar for.

  • @Shimshea Because Sean Penn was 100x better as Harvey Milk.

  • @killeraddiction I saw Milk, loved it, avid James Franco fan here, and i was no where nearly impressed with Sean Penn in Milk as i was with Brad Pitt in TCCOBB. Don't get me wrong, Sean Penn was fantastic, but Brad Pitt was definitely snubbed of his oscar for this.

  • @Shimshea Amen to that

  • @Shimshea Ahem to that, brad pitt Should Have won that oscar in 2008, NOT SEAN PENN FOR "MILK"!! WHAT THE HELL?!?!

  • I love the sailor guy from Mad Men. Great character in this movie!

  • How can that chicks eyes be that blue?!?!?!

  • This movie is pretty sad but touches the heart , benjamin is a sad man because he is reliving years while other people are moving forward

  • This was a truly wonderful but sad. I did cry twice. (the middle and ending)

  • I haven't watched this trailer in ages... I've forgotten how mystifying it was, and how excited I was to see the movie before its release. This film was truly a marvel.

And this trailer is perfect; possibly the best movie trailer I've ever seen. For a trailer, no diologue for 95% of the time while still keeping the audience completely inticed = pure art.

  • @HarrisonOdell Dude, so true! One of the best trailers and movies ever made.

  • i mean movie* ;)

  • Saint Saens - Aquarium... love soundtrack and film.

  • what is the name of the song their playing for the trailer

  • nice

one of the best movies ive ever seen

    must see movie

    awesome

  • this movie is epic!

  • Brad Pitt has made the best transition from poster boy to serious actor I have ever seen.

  • @thetevinator You know, wouldnt leo dicaprio be the best? I mean dont get me wrong Pitt is an excellent actor but i would say Dicaprio is better.

  • @rtaha93 I don't know, dude. Just from my stand point. I prefer Pitt's work today as oppose to back then, but I prefer DiCaprio's work back then as oppose to today. You can't really say who's better, can you, my friend?

  • @thetevinator Oh come on! Have you seen The Departed?! Thats on of Di Caprios best performances to date. Also Blood Diamond. Well lets just agree they both are fantastic actors shall we?

  • @rtaha93 Yes, we shall. You have your opinions, and I'll have mine. How about that?

  • @thetevinator We shall. Sounds good to me. Also i cant wait for inception! How about you?

  • @rtaha93 Oh, ja, that looks sick!!!

  • @thetevinator Inception was unbelievable. I saw it twice to full understand it. I think bes movie this year although i was completely caught off guard by the ghost writer. I dont know, both are really great.

  • @rtaha93 I unfortunately was not in love with Inception, and I didn't see The Ghost Writer. I gotta check that one out. The favorite films so far this year is Shutter Island and The Kids Are All Right.

  • Brad Pitt like you've never seen him before. His best performance to date.

  • what song is this??? I LOVE IT

please reply to me if you know

  • @PINKIT17 The Aquarium by Camille Saint-Saens :)

  • the ending was too sad :(

  • I think it's prity happy compared to the begining.

  • I hate to say it, but I really liked this movie..awesome 5/5 for me..recomended..watch now at

    Free Movie Zone . n e t

  • booring movie i am in the middle of it and i still cant understand why so many praise thismovie

  • What song is that??

  • This is one of the best movies I have ever seen. I can't even put into words how brilliant this film was. It was definitely robbed at the academy awards.

  • Does anyone know the name of this song? Its so....eerie..

  • It's an arrangement of Camille Saint-Saëns' The Carnival of the Animals (The Aquarium).

  • thx!!

  • oh what the hell, this movie is.... im speechless

  • So...he's a toddler and that woman he had relations with is old. So if someone asked her, hey lady did you have sex with this toddler? What...uh, what do you say her responce should be?

  • Cate is one of the greatest actresses of all time! She even makes Brad Pitt seem good!

  • this is the only movie i ever teared up in at the movie theaters. i didn't even for titanic! by the end of the movie you could hear the whole theater in sniffles
