More sad than funny. I don't believe that unions have a big responsibility in that. Corruption at many levels of government and in the big engineering firms have much more to do with our shoddy infrastructures than unions.
We had 6 Flood on our street on MacDonald in 6 months, and twice our house got flooded too we lost everything of course, 8 years to settle the first time but this year dun no, 4 feet of water each flood. We are sick and tired we are going to MOVE OUT of Quebec !!!!! belive me Montreal is a Fffffff....... HOLE !
We saw this coming didnt we?....The rich French send their kids to English schools, the poor cant... It's about make the poor feel their enemy is the English so they wont see the rich doing it to them..Keep em dumb down on the farm, eh.
Very nicely done! It is funny but sad at the same time, that our lovely state has such a third-world country road condition. I went to Mexico a few years ago and they had less pot-holes than us. Sometimes I wonder where all our tax money goes!
So sad, but its montreal! Glad we left 32 years ago, still paying coming from Alberta! Oops I'm a redneck....

Infrastructure and union problems in Quebec ? More like Montreal. And all the anglos are in montreal. So they are part of the problem too.
