I think turkey is a very smart people and the proud of Asian. Because they are brave and action oriented. Fast. also the prettiest people in the world, black hair , colored eyes. Great mix with mythical personality. it is very good to know. I feel great of them. the location of the country is also best , beautiful and easy access to trading.

@DuckingNDiving The Anatolian Turks are overwhelmingly indigenous to the area and they are in no sense racially Mongoloid (The Races of Europe, Europedia). Turks belong to the Turanian Tribes which are related to each other, not european, east asian or middle-eastern. Your comment is more based on eurocentrism then academic facts. The Cumans were a Turkic people which were known for their blue eyes and blond hair. In fact, the word Cuman means pale and this was already after the mongol invasion.

Turks are not are not any particular nation of course. They are a mix of muslimified people from central Asia to SE Europe with the bulk of them being of middle easter - caucasian - eastern Anatolian origins...). You can find people with mongolian eyes, blond slavic-like people, Arab-like people, Armenian-like and a few of them quite Greek like.
But what is most funny is that when they want to advertise their country, they use overwhelmingly Turks that resemble Greeks.
Why is that complex?

@papagamias And it is mostly in men they do so. Turkish women (models, actors) have also other looks, but the type of men that appear are overwhelmingly Greek like. Perhaps it is the reason why Turkish women do prefer Greek men. Or it is because the Turkish women prefer Greek men.
