When Betty told Don she didn't love him anymore.. God, I think I felt my heart rip in half. As much as I adore Betty pursuing different endeavors, I still felt some shame on her for breaking apart the relationship. I absolutely love Betty & Don, together. The cutest couple ever. Whenever Don OR Betty perform adultery.. I think I get really mad at them. They're such a picturesque couple.. without the infidelity and secrecy.
I applaud Betty for finally leaving that two-timing SOB Don, yeah he's beautiful and probably a great lay; But he's a compulsive liar (stealing some poor guy's identity), has cheated on Betty, ooh I dunno, w/ four different women (the Jewish heiress, the comedian's manager, his kid's school teacher(!), that young redhead from california) Yeah, Henry is old and past his prime, but he looks true and stable, not a compulsive liar/man whore.
I thought it was ironic that he called her a whore since he's the biggest whore i've ever had the pleasure of watching : ). I definately felt for him though after this episode.
I have to admit I was DEEPLY upset at the Season 3 finale. I despirately hoped they would work to rekindle their marriage. Its true...they are perfect together...
@LoVeStoned2424. Well to tell you the truth...at the end of season three Don was under tremendous stress. Recreating the grass roots of his business while coping with his indentity crisis...and to top it off...his wife leaves him...I dont think Betty should have left him. To be honest my favorite episode in Souveniers...the one where they vacation to Europe. They were so happy. Fuck you Henry Francis!
@ShawnC15 That's my favorite episode, too! It was nice to see Betty out of the house and they could enjoy some alone time. I hate Henry Francis, too! I mean Betty needs to open her eyes, he's old and he's not good looking as compared to Don Draper, lol.
@LoVeStoned2424 I agree. Betty and Henry make no sense whatsoever. I guess you and I can keep our fingers crossed in season 4 for one hell of a flip flop! Cheers LS!
Mad Men is BS! There is no way in hell you can have a couple where both of them are whores. In normal television, the male or female cheats, and the other one suffers and then they divorce. Here, both of them are non-stop cheaters whom live in a hapless marriage. Unreal.
I hate that Don perpetually cheats on Betty in the show, but I just can't stand the thought of them not being together in the next season. They are the sexiest tv couple around!!!

Sigh....please stop these f*cking stupid music montages. Just post the actual series as shown...we don"t need your low-brow interpretation of a perfectualy good series.
Don & Betty are the figurines atop a wedding cake. Don cheats on Betty for many reasons including the universes indifference to him also Betty is a cold hearted emotionally stunted woman.
@RebelYell0004 He never will. That type of man, rich, dark, and (so) handsome generally don't. They keep unzipping their flies up until, their wive's leave them, then they blame their wives for leaving. Narcissistic and selfish much? oh yeah
Ok here it goes lol 0:12 was from season 2 episode 7 the gold violin, 0:36 season 2 episode 1 for those who think young, 0:46 season 1 episode 5G and 3:02 season 2 episode 10 the inheritance.
I like Don and Betty together but I'm not to crazy about Betty. In my opinion she isn't a good mother to her children and she is just...... well I don't even know how to explain it. She is gorgeous though.
@livy67 That's true, Betty treats her kids like poo poo. Especially the little girl. Seems like she became a mother because that is what women like her did, not because she wanted to. Did you see how much convincing it took for her to have that 3rd baby? I dont blame her though, having a baby with a guy you're beginning to hate is no pic nic.
God, she's so beautiful. How can he cheat on her??? And before everyone starts answering this question, I know: it's because he's an egotistical narcissist.
He isn't an egotistical narcissist.... He is simply what crackheads become after smoking what they sell..
He is so immersed in his own product, he has simply become the great perfect husband. An Advertisement.... but as we all know the advertisement doesn't speak about the inside cover... As Don has said, "An advertisement is all about happiness." It isn't about the secrets, but the cover that everything is superficially fine.
@Fujikorific basically. remmeber what Arthuer said to her, 'you're so profoundly sad, and beautiful', that was so heartbreaking...i was rooting for them in that scene lol
@Fujikorific I think it's because if he didn't cheat, then there would be no dramatic centre to the programme. Essentially Mad Men ponders how and why this in other ways lovely, laudable man can do that to his adorable wife. Having said that, I really hope they have a happy ending. *confirmed romantic*
Are all these scenes of the second season? Please to answer me.
I need to know if the scenes of the second one 0.10, of the minute 1,16, and of the minute 1,35, and of 3,11, and of 3,19 they are of the second season.
The scene at .10 is from S2 E7 -The Golden Violin. 1:16 and 1:35 are from S1 E6 Babylon as are the other two you mention. Most are their Mother's Day celebration, 3:11 is from a different scene than the rest.
Aww!!! :D I've just started watching MM, and I'm already a Don/Betty shipper and I hope they are finally able to go back to happier times after the S2 finale. <3
Most gorgeous-looking couple on TV

A lot of people seem to be forgetting it's a piece of fiction, stop talking about the characters as though they're real people.

Gorgeous video, lovely song, well chosen, great job Allure75 :-)
One minor criticism is that the aspect ratio looks off, I might have a go at fixing it and see what I can do - if you don't object that is ???
