to stop the fighting, let me explain. There are many great mexican made cars, like the vw jetta, Dodge ram 2500, to name a few. But it is not correct to say that all vw group cars use mexican parts.(same with tons of other car brands) i happen to have a volkswagen touareg spec sheet with me (i am a vw group fanatic) : Assembled in Bratislava, Slovakia. parts country of origin: Germany, Hungary, slovakia, Japan. So there you have it.

I couldn't picture anything in the factory below standards of any other factory in the world, All cars in Europe, America, and most in Asia have bunches of mexican made components, all cars made by VW AG including Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini, Skoda have mexican parts, also all toyotas, hondas, chryslers and Chevys, and all of their brands use mexican made parts, and electronic components. so HAHA if you say mexican junk referring to a car because unless your car is chinese it has mexican "junk"!

it an italian design but its built in mexico....just like the delorean it was an american design but they were built in the north of ireland :)

@TheJmsmurphy187 Well actually, the delorean dmc12 was a italdesign concept, and built on a lotus chasis, engine from renault, gearbox from zf and interiors from vw. All this put together in the north ireland plant.

Of course, John was involved in all phases of the program, but, no, it wasnt an american design.

This Factory has the best work hand in the worldwide....all cars made in Mexico has the best technology of world !! This is why BMW, Mercedes Benz, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, Mercury, Lincoln, Honda, VW,  Chevrolet, GMC, Renault, Nissan, Toyota has factory in Mexico.
