Pikmin 2 is a rule-breaker for ice worlds, as the ice world there is the beginner's level, and Banjo-Kazooie has the relatively innocuous Freezeezy Peak.

Ice Worlds are actually one of my favorite themed worlds for a game to have. Usually hard, but very fun to me. (And they always have great music.)

I always like the ice world because it often gives us some of the best music. See: Donkey Kong Country, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and umm... Earthbound.
