10 or 11 hours, holy crap, I played with a bunch of people who never played before and we finished in 7, with an experienced group we finish in 4 and a half ! That's with 8 players !!!
if you can set up a table and leave it. the community forums on fantasy flight games homepage has online(play by email) games hosted by a player from time to time or you can host one yourself if you know what your doing. i suggest this game to anyone who likes empire building and/or war games.
Game time is typically one hour times the number of players. So six hours for a 6-player game (longer if everyone is playing for the first time). I have a 1-page cheat sheet to help with following the game's rules quicker.
@UrsoDaCortesia Well this game is immense in size, scope and awesomeness... you can pretty much assume this from the six minute video.
Their style is just saying what they feel about the game and how much they enjoy it.
The one thing you need to know about this game is the trouble of getting like-minded players together who want to play this game over a long amount of time, the best part of a day, and to stick it out. Also this game needs six players to bring out the epic nature of the game.
i really liked the panel show review style. bloody entertaining.
i think you should consider doing it with a "brief" overview of game play. phases/action rounds, command counters, fleet sizes, strategy cards and objective cards.
I don't know if you guys purposefully make the game seem boring, but the length of the game is kind of killing it for me. Why? I rather the game length be reasonable to prevent any player to continue fighting a "losing battle" just so the game can proceed as normal. ^_^
Could you please put the topic of discussion in the video Title, please. So, far you guys are starting out well. Just need to fix the audio problems, and title your videos properly.
Yes it is hard to find people willing to commit to playing a game of this complexity/length. Have you tried looking for other gamers in your community? Many game stores have a bulletin board for people to post notices, looking for gamers for specific games and such. You could try posting a message on BGG as well. At any rate good luck, if you're in our area you'd be welcome at our table.

The comment was made that you don't like the D10 dice. How so? Would you prefer something like a D6 or rather (as I prefer) a D12 or D20?

Very bad review.
Almost no useful info, they only piece of information i got was that its a long game.
Some information about the flow of the game would be nice.
Im not trying to offend you guys, only giving constructive criticism.
