man it would be the best thing evar to be able to hack textures of charcters and chao and even levels. but u need the PC version. and all the codes and files and things u hav to doenlaod is all to hard for me. :[

You can't get it in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. (late comment, sorry)
You get it by giving your chao a lion (one of the animals in Sonic Adventure, but not in Sonic Adventure 2).
