this is shocking rugby but im a coach going to the states in April to help develop rugby over there as a grass roots sports, im English with most my experience of coaching in wales and its one of our national sports across the UK its new in the states so anyone wanting to slant american rugby can stop and think and wot an american football team wud do to one of ours or an ice hockey team!

ok guys, first of all, centers Totally NOT comming on speed, second, you're just trying to get the ball out to create an overlap,

boring game guys, try some movements like loop, misspasses, switch,, first you may get the overlap but then they'll defend wide, and then ur in trouble with a lame attack like that, get some quickness in the game,, fly half, Launch your centers!; and don't play the same move over and over again, don't always try to create an overlap, thanks!
