to abcbadq: for the most part, Minecraft is mining, crafting, and survival, plus reforging was added to make the gear better, Terraria, on the other hand, has all of those things, but, you can also get plenty of things to make your actual character better, as well as the gear. Yes there're COUNTLESS mods for Minecraft, and I'm not sure if there're any for Terraria at all, but I'm talking about the games themselves, not the mods.

Perhaps I should also say that cobalt veins are only as big as the ore they were previously, as cobalt ore replaces the 4 starting ores when it is generated.
