  • Y didn't u make a pyment over the automated system??? They only charge u 3.50?? Even if u were to pay over the Internet they charge a fee too

  • It's nice that you can speak to an agent relatively quickly but They don't seem to be trained very well. I've been calling them everyday for the past two weeks trying to get them to send my phone to my correct address and they can't seem to pull it off. I still don't have my phone btw.

  • i totally agree i just got a phone and i was waiting for 2 weeks for so i get it and it was around $230.00 that night i reseived the phone they had and still do they have all day had total outage of their internet and phone programming or buying any sort of apps they dont know how to deal with their costermers and i just gave them $230 so they cant take the 5 mins to have me progam a phone

  • Dude, your story about the CSR's not knowing ANYTHING about your "deal" & having to go through a million hoops is frightfully alot like MINE! R U in Tampa? Cause I recall the $10 credit every month to "attempt" to make me happy.

  • I canceled my phone service long, long time ago. The thing is my company is using their phone service(8 lines), we have moved to new location for two weeks and we don't nobody from this company can install line service to the new location. We have waited to one month now. For the first two weeks, they were on strike. But two weeks gone, and Verizon people tells us just wait. The reasons? Every people we talked tells a different story. So now, what we do? Looking for other companies. Gook luck

  • You are too right. Verizon sucks! I've been waiting for over a month for internet service. Spent 10 hours + on the phone with these idiots. Still - nothing. now they want to cancel the original order and put in a new one and install it 15 days from now. Does45 days and 10 hours on the phone sound reasonable to you?

  • Testify brother. I am moving to a country that doesn't have Verizon service.  Consequently, the fuckers are making me pay the early termination fee. Wait....I'm leaving.... Fuckem....come and get it Verizon!

  • I agree Verizon SUCKS! I am trying to get out of my Verizon mobile contract and go to Sprint. I know i am in for a long & painful process to avoid the termination fees.
