The only improvement I would make is to put a prison gate on every entrance to the buildings and mandate these people get a day pass if they want to leave.

you know.. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR which in most welfare slobs' cases is NOTHING!!! You want a better place to live then GET A FUCKING JOB AND AN EDUCATION AND PAY FOR IT YOURSELF. Fuck, it's as simple as that. You don't wanna work and you wanna collect welfare then you deserve no more than this. You deserve the bare minimums in housing and rationed food. Good god. You aren't contributing to society. You people are parasites living off of society. People who work deserve more than you.
