  • ABY WITH A TWEED PLEASE> WANT TO HEAR THE TONES COMBINED!

  • AWESOME!!!! hi, I just inerited a Princeton 65 DSP..and I accidentaly blew her fuse due to current rating here in shanghai...do you think..I did any damage aside from thefuse? I got to change the fuse and i checked for any burnt circuits..so far its working ok..but I notice that the Dirty channel is sort of seeping into the clean...a very faint after sound..do you think the shock might have caused this? or probably because of age?

  • WOW my amp . I have the identical amp. I can't any sound to come out of it. It has been sitting in my closet since 1964. The bulbs all light up but there is still no sound . Do you know of a reputable place near St.Louis MO i can take my amp too. And where is the best place to buy tubes if i need them. I checked one place and a couple of the tubes were like a $100 bucks. Any help you give me i would appreciate. You do sound good on that amp. Thanks George .

  • @ln2play

I live in Australia so I don't know of any amp techs in your town, I do recommend mojotone for amp parts though

Thanks for the kind words, I hope you get her up and running

Take your amp to Obed Kahn over at Killer Vintage in St. Louis. He's amazing and service all of my vintage Fenders.

  • @ln2play Go talk to Jimmy at JGravity Strings in St Louis.

  • @ln2play Really late response but if you are looking for tubes and your amp has indeed been in the closet since 64 you may want to rethink that over. Did you ever play alot on original tubes? Sound's like a real jem sitting there, how could you just let all this time go by and not fix it. Man I hear these stories and think.

    A. Your telling tall tales or B. Some people don't give a rat's ass about this stuff like some other's do, which is ok. Good luck
