if Jamel wouldve made it to the NBA through the fire wouldnt be half as great of a story as it was and i actually think Sebastian wouldnt had worked as hard as he did in his hs route and he may be a bust in some eyes but at the end of every season he is always on a team n he made history by being that short and coming out of hs lottery if sebastian wasnt a good player he wouldve been took that overseas route i mean i thinc he can actually make more money overseas

he was not drafted but he got a few opprotunitys to go to the nba, becouse he went to few nba team camps, i think he got to the nba but he got few bad short term contracts

Something went on that wasn't talked about, Jamel Thomas was a stud and him not getting drafted is just , something is up with that. He was so much more physically imposing and skilled than sebastian.

Wrong. Jamel wasn't drafted. The documentary "Through the Fire" deals with this specifically. Regardless, he was/is a real talent.

not necessarily true. Through the fire glosses over the fact that Jamel was 25 his senior year at providence way older than most players would be and he didn't shoot great either barely hitting over 40 percent of his shots and did not shoot particularly well from the college 3 either. He might have led the big east in scoring but even marcus hatton and bell had better numbers when they were top dogs in the big east and hatton didn't get drafted either and bell has washed out of the league.
