Well in the anime Kirby's stomach was like a portal to space...so no Naruto couldn't get out he'd just die cause there is no air in there or if it isn't space and there is air when kirbys mouth closes there isn't a way out until he opens his mouth again.

I dunno.But remember once Kirby has swallowed that knife he would get Ninja Power and could do stuff like that aswell...(well mabye just throw knifes and walk on water and be able to do some jutsus and hide in the shadows...oh and cling onto walls)well unless it ssb( super smash bros)style kirby then you'd get Naruto kirby and he can do all of Narutos moves(lol he'd probaly have a mini kyuubi in him!)
