@StarrkRules Why don't you do some research on Dr. Paul's life, views, and service to the country. If you did, you'd find a whole lot to like about him. I'm a Paul convert. Before I did my own research on Dr. Paul, he sounded like a 'whiner' to me. After I did my Google and Youtube research on Dr. Paul, he sounds like a genius and the only candidate in my view, who can save our country. Herman Cain's 999 plan will hurt the poor, the middle class, and give the rich a break.

@fntsmk The thing is, I'm not convinced that 999 will give "The Rich" a break while excluding "The Poor" or "The Middle Class." Remember, Federal Income Tax will go DOWN several points while Sales Tax will only go up a bit. And the tax is a PERCENTAGE of what you spend when you buy shit. People don't HAVE to pay for the most expensive stuff there is out there. And this way, they have a bit more control over how much we're taxed.

@StarrkRules income tax, corporate tax, sales tax are all a minority of taxation, the biggest single tax we all pay is the inflation tax. Talking about anything else is a distraction from the true tax. The inflation tax is about 98% of gas, its over 70% on food. This is the real problem, talking about 999 and tinkering with rates is nothing more than a distraction. The fed gave out over 15 trillion in 2008, thats over a 100% tax on everything and everyone. we are still paying that one off
