  • this stuff works

  • asshole

  • SPIDER-MAN lol

  • Notice how little effort it takes for him to do these movements and still speak and still breath.

  • @sorenrules true,he was in form here

  • thought he was speaking in russian before

  • Darness my friend gave me a challenge I am nearly 10 yr older and beat him,he began to do sets of 10 see my videos if you doubt me but do not look at the 16 to 50 video.

  • chita !

  • This stuff really works

  • i did not know you can do pushups in THAT many ways..

  • Here's an Idea, how about doing 50 to 100 hundred classic push-ups, instead of trying to do fancing stuff....

  • @ASSBANG6969 it's not only ''fancy'' stuff, by doing these as you call them ''fancy'' will bring you even more strength then doing 50-100, just shut up if you dont know anything about this.

  • @HAIRVIDEO You want more strength, elevate the feet.....

  • @ASSBANG6969 Its called training flexibility

  • @ASSBANG6969 why not do this?

  • @psythefry Personally I like to keep it simple and do a workout that I will continue the REST of My Life. If you are doing this form of excercise on a REGULAR basis ( at least 2 to 3 times a week ) than more power to you, but if you are just trying it out once in awhile or because it's popular, than you are just wasting your time. I would rather bring my muscles to failure by doing 30-40-50....whatever you can do in one siting / in sets.....it's just personal, works for me...

  • @ASSBANG6969 Power won't come from more reps. Someone doesn't have the physical force to do the more intense action, because more reps at the same intensity will only give you more distance at that level. Working to failure has it's problems (one being that the body will shut down when you're getting tired, from habit of it being "tired, then shut down"). Also, part of the point is to work skill sets (balance, sensitivety to solidity, coordination overall, etc...) not just building power.

  • @Atkrdu it also means that using maximum effort should be reserved until needed so perhaps 80 percent effort for most of workout then push to 100 percent. after a complete breathing recovery try to get back to 80percent as quickly as possible working to 100 percent for final. Recovery is perhaps most important in your emotional mind... a tired mind means your body is twice as heavey and you will not get the most from your workout

  • Good!!

  • amazing! love it!!!!!!!!!! this is a good exercice to start doing.

  • WOW! He makes those push ups look so easy and he's probably not that young. I never knew there was so many variations of pushups.

  • And the coolest thing about watching Systema videos with Vlad ... yeah, he makes it all look soooo easy!

    Until you try it yourself ... huff-huff-huff ... :(

Seriously: I love my cigarettes but trying to emulate Vlads movements have been one of the real motivation to quit!

  • @fenriz218

cigarettes have no place in systema as I sure your aware of

one they alway are speaking of breathing and two you ever have a systema workout?

Just try moving for 10 minutes non stop doing the most easy excerises

  • lol i have great respect for systema and i would love to study under the greatest masters of it and perfect it but i bet he wuz just making this up as he was going lol

  • @ThePopeye90 yes he was I bet that too, but this is the purest form of systema making things up without hesitating just like in a real fight

  • @ThePopeye90 These are very common systema exercises used to help increase flexibility, improve fluidity in movement, and strengthening the joints.

  • How mutch time need to do this? push ups
