for low settings its good but if you wan tto play on high settings i recommend gettin a Gaming Dekstop

to find out how powerful enough it is or need to be, go to google and type in "can you run it?'', then click on the top or second top one and then click on the select product bar and look for GTA IV. Once you find it click Can You Run It? and a little window will come up asking you if it can check your computer. Click yes and once you click yes, the site will look at your computer status and look and see how powerful it is. Once its finished it will show you what you need to upgrade or not.

I just got a terrible pc and even with medium graphics, vehicles set to 20, draw distance to about 30 and shadows to 2 it's still slow as fuck! It can't keep up with other pc's but maybe when I get a better connection it'll work online. Sigh, I can only hope.

Nah, it's your pc. The game is very CPU intensive so you'll need a quad core to be able to play online properly.

and i dunno how to make the clip editor record longer/shorter. Mine records anywhere from 20 seconds to 1.20 mins. I haven't found any settings where u can change it :(

maybe try lowering your settings to medium if you plan on recording clips. When I got my GTS250, i turned all my shit up to high, and the damn clip editor was fucking up on me all over the place. Went back to medium settings and it was fine
