    2:02 looks like some acne from steroid use and the muscle is gain is way to fast! normal people gain about 5 to 10 pounds of muscle in a YEAR when they work very hard.

    5-10lbs of muscle a year? even roid free, thats patheic. I wouldn't place those people in the "normal" category, but the "I'm gonna go to the gym without knowing wtf I'm doing" category. Then again, that may be normal for your friends.

    The moral of this story? Don't guess, especially when you aren't an expert. You sound silly. I have gained 10lbs of muscle naturally in a month, and cut 20lbs in a week. Like my wrestling coach used to say, its easy when you know how.

Anyone you see who looks like they have over developed muscles and looks too good to be true. It is. Sadly steroids are frown apon, Ask yourself this. Whens the last time you ever heard of anyone dieing this day and age from steroids. Also being out of shape and fat makes you more at risk to heart attack or stroke so are steroids really bad?

  • @branbiskitdo Good points, and if you are SMART about steroids, they won't kill you, or really even harm you. I never have, nor needed to take steroids, but I insisted learning about them since a few of my friends have. I taught them a few things about roids to keep them safe, and they turned out okay so far, but I'm just as big as them, and a damn sight better looking. Moral of the story, steroids may work, but they arent neccessary. And honestly, If you are fat and unhappy, there is no excuse

    2: Most people who train seriously, do so with over-the-counter steroids and supplements. Mostly weight loss, weight gain, and fat burning pills.

    I know guys who've dropped 10 pounds in a week, taking stuff like NOX. Gone from being just fit, to ripped, in a month by just using fat burning pills.

    They think it's OK, as it's legal over the counter stuff, but they're still freaking steroids

    Use them in pro sport, and you'd get banned

    1: The hard part about getting ripped, is quite simply, burning fat, and losing weight. These guys always post their starting point, when they already very low on fat, and actually have a decent amount of muscle % to fat.

    What I mean is, getting ripped, when you've got no fat on you, actually isn't that hard. Their starting point, they always post, is probably after years of training.

  • Wether he used roids or not, people debate the part where it can damage your body etc. But he still put in hard yards even if it was for 3 months....using them to get to a plateu and then to continue off them can be advantageous and promote a good mentality to keep going once you have seen those results at the start. Good work mate, like some have said, however you done it, natural or not most of these people won't even hit the gym hard for a week and talk shit. Good stuff bud.

If you eat lots of eggs that will help out alot i went from being 140 pounds to 190 punds all muscle in 2 years.

  • Im not sure that he really are on roids. He is at that age that you naturally have a lot of hormones. And being quite skinny, the muscle increase is quite visual. If you take a closer look, he is not growing that much. The nipples looks weird to begin with and the zeds on the shoulders? I get them as well when I train hard and I am 40 years old and dont even take gainers. come to think of it, I dont even take vitamin-pills. Training seems to kick up hormones naturally, especially it your young

Dude, any idiot can do Steroids - when you stop taking them (at the rate you've obviously been misusing them) you'll get fat. I'm not impressed at all. There is no way this can be done in three months without abusing steroids. If you want to be an athlete, work out over a span of several years. I've worked my way up from nothing and bench 220, but I'm not nearly your size. That is what working out is about!

  • @PonDK Lol when I stopped working out in Iraq I was benching 285 Went and did a max bench for old times sake (after not working out for 5 years) and I put up 260. Thats what building naturaly will let you do. None of the chemical stuff will let you keep gains like that. I weigh in at 190 (bout 10lbs over weight.....desk job and getting older+no working out)

I am a personal trainer and i work with people who take these substances and the amount of size they put on in a short time is huge. This guy already started quite light so his results are noticeable but steroids are not responsible (BTW DNT TAKE ROIDS I COMPLETELY AGREE ITS NOT THE WAY 2 GO!! DN'T MISINTERPRET MY COMMENT!)

For a young dude actually putting a lil regular time in at the gym, or getting a physical job, instead of playing video games and watching tv... I can easily see this kinda change in 12 weeks. I know my body used to change a lot over a summer of throwing bales on the farm, and unfortunately the opposite over a winter of doing jack.
