In saying that, I have to say that I also believe that God can use anyone to get his message across to us, and when it comes to individuals in need of a word from the Lord, there really is no care who it comes from as long as the message was delivered, then it's up to the recipient to receive that word or not.
I've found out that the most self righteous folks have skeletons all up in their closet. Church people are so unreal, we judge others while we ourselves stand in need of judgement . Some of the same folks have had sex in parks, cars, church, other people beds married folk, and some more stuff, but how quick we forget, how quick we're ready to throw our own to the wolves. If your walls, yo sheets, your bed, yo kids & even yo dog could talk what would they say. Co-workers(hell raisers) Please!

Furthermore; how is it that you know so much about wha'ts going on in Bishop's house as if you live there? Who is covering you? Are they just as guilty for the lifestyle that you live? I agree... However, i won't take any religious base to support why I agree... I will say that perhaps this is more related to the old saying that 'The preacher's kids are the worst'... Psychologically, Jermaine could have all his life felt compelled by his father's religious acclaim, that he needed to vent his own desire to do what he wanted... make his 'own' mistakes... make his own name and life...not be forever in the shadow of his father

The park is not in the Bishops house. If it was, his son would have gone to a forest. His adult sons actions in a public place whether it be a park, a club or a mall has nothing to do with his father and how he runs his house. He is probably very respectful at home and follows all of the house rules, out of respect, even though he is not 'living the life'.
How many god fearing parents have children that have backslidden. What does that have to do with the parents?

Why are people holding T.D.Jakes accountable for what his GROWN son does. As a father, he taught him that right way. Its up to the GROWN children to do the right thing. I'm a parent and I'm not about to be liable for my GROWN son's actions. He as an individual is held accountable--Not the parents of GROWN kids. Thats like your parents being held accountable for what you do that they have no idea that your doing as an adult.... Come on people.. we can do better.

I think you know little or nothing about salvation. A saved person strives daily to live right. Did you ever think that maybe this young man couldn't conquer his inner demons? Do we condemn his father for that? No because this guy made a concious choice, a decision of his own accord.He made a choice to commit sin. When you continuously live in sin, and try to mask it, then eventually what you do will be uncovered. That is biblical.

I should have posted this first, but by the way I have been minding my own business for the last 10 years. I always have to pray for myself, as well as spending time praying for others, and that is what I have been doing for the last 10 years. I don't care about Jakes son masturbating in the woods, what I care about is that he gets things turned around if he hasn't already and tht is my prayer for him and his family. Other than that I will never speak ill of Bishop TD Jakes or his family.

If Bishop Jake is "Jesus Only" or modalist,(The Politically Correct Term); that is a something that I can't do anything about. I however don't ascribe to that belief. In saying that, I have to say that I also believe that God can use anyone to get his message across to us, and when it comes to individuals in need of a word from the Lord, there really is no care who it comes from as long as the message was delivered, then it's up to the recipient to receive that word or not.

I've found out that the most self righteous folks have skeletons all up in their closet. Church people are so unreal, we judge others while we ourselves stand in need of judgement . Some of the same folks have had sex in parks, cars, church, other people beds married folk, and some more stuff, but how quick we forget, how quick we're ready to throw our own to the wolves. Kc, I stay away from evil controversy as well. Bishop Jakes has done so much for many people. He has reached many lives with the word of God. I had to speak out against this attack. We are all subject to fall at any time, no one is above reproach That is why we have to guard ourselves against being critical when a beleiver strays from their faith in God and allows the enemy to decieve them.
