Como pueden inventar historias de que el autor de este hermoso tema tan cuzqueño de Casazola ojos azules no es boliviano, se respeta el derecho del autor señores, los documentos de este compositor cuzqueño son evidentes, el hecho de tocarlos otros grupos de otros paíces no significa que sean de ellos la musica puede tocar o interpretar quien guste porque la musica es universal pero se respeta el autor , hermanos bolivianos no se comporten como patanes e ignorantes.

En las primeras decadas del siglo,una chilena del aguerrido distrito minero de Uncia,Arminda Navarro,conocida como la Pasta, inspiro al charanguero boliviano Cupertino Beltran el huayno "ojos azules".

Jorge Mansilla Torrez, en un libro inedito escrito en 1986, da cuenta de esta entra~able historia.

No se puede cerrar los ojos,son azules y bolivianos!
