When I was a student at University of Illinois in Urbana - Champaign they had to shut down the school for two days in a row because of a blizzard.

The struggle to go to class was not worth the risk, however placing life and limb on the line to get to the bar was a calculated risk we all took. Seriously, I would have constructed snow shoes if I had to...

Yeah here in Belgium the same story ..

It's snows only like somewhere in january february or march and it's stays only for 2-3 days or less ... mostly 5-6 cm and then it's starting to rain...  damn it!
