The "forget the past" part made me laugh. They're obviously trying to get everybody to forget about how terrible season 3 was.

Despite how utterly chaotic season 3 was, I'm looking forward to season 4. It looks promising!

@StupidBoyComics They've downvoted the earlier part of the thread so you can't see it- I'm talking about Greg Grunberg. I still can't believe how unwatchable this show became, and it was partly grunberg's fault IMHO

@mynamesdan Really thats what you think, i think the main reason, other than the way the story lines were written, is that Tim Kring gave too much face time to cliare and Sylar, he made those two the main characters when other characters like peter and hiro didn't appear for at least 2 or 3 episodes.

@StupidBoyComics No, what threw the series off was the writers strike. Originally, seasons 2 and 3 were going to be one season. Peter was never going to catch the vial and the Shanti virus was going to be released. Nathan was never going to be shot at the podium. Instead, he was going to pass out from the effects of the virus. Sylar would never get Claire's ability. While the heroes were dealing with the virus the level 3 baddies would escape and form a team of their own.
