I'm stuck at around 315 right now. I did 340 for 1 rep but couldn't repeat my last time doing deadlifts. The first few inches is my sticking point. Tips?
@nyso85 Just do more speed work, dont go near you max for a while go to 50%-60% tops and rep it as fast as you can set of 5 reps, you will become explosive over time to the point where you old max will fly up.
word of advice though if you are out deadlifting dont thrust toooo hard forward. use medium weight to practice. whatever you do... do not hold that thrust position very long with heavy weights because it will all hoold down on your spine hyperextend
