Nah, EVA was the first to do it. She says "fuck you" or something to Volgin in the japanese version of MGS3.

On the English versions yes, however in the japanese version of MGS3 when EVA says "Go to hell" to Volgin after being tortured in English is actually "Fuck you" in japanese. :)
